1. Who we are

Verthilix is operated by Roktim Saha, India (the seller). Contact us at [email protected] or +91 8638481309. These terms apply to this website and purchases made through it. You must have legal capacity to enter a contract and authority to act for any business you represent.

2. The software bundle

The package provides access to Vlozy and BloGoose for ₹2,50,000 per month in total for both products. They are separate software products with their own account, connection, and publishing workflows. An offer account for Vlozy has one limit: 65,000 successfully published posts, counted together across every social network (failed posts and scheduled posts do not count; video generation, images, text, campaigns, workspaces, and creating accounts are not capped). BloGoose includes 10 websites, up to 2,000 successful posts per website, 1 seat, and autopilot available, with campaigns, bulk generation, API tokens, and webhooks excluded. Usage allowances, supported integrations, and the access-delivery timeframe must be disclosed before you authorize payment. The bundle does not include bespoke agency work or a performance guarantee unless expressly agreed in writing.

3. Monthly recurring billing

This is a monthly recurring subscription, not a one-time purchase. By accepting the checkout terms and authorizing the payment mandate, you permit the disclosed monthly charges until cancellation or expiry of the mandate. Your payment provider displays the plan currency, payment schedule and any authorization amount before you approve it. Do not approve a mandate with an amount, currency, or schedule you do not accept.

The subscription is priced in INR. Your bank or payment provider may apply conversion or international transaction charges. Any seller-collected taxes or additional charge must be disclosed before authorization; contact us if the total is unclear. A browser redirect or mandate authorization alone is not proof of a successful monthly payment.

4. Access and delivery

This is a digital service; no physical product is shipped. Access is provisioned using the contact details you provide, after payment is confirmed, according to the delivery timeframe shown at checkout. A private link to the product logins is emailed when both accounts are ready. Product creation limits or an unconfirmed API response may require support to reconcile an account. Contact support if access has not arrived within the stated timeframe. Keep your contact details accurate and your account credentials private. Access for a billing period depends on the corresponding successful payment.

BloGoose: 10 websites, 2,000 successful posts per website, 1 seat, with autopilot available; no overage, campaigns, bulk generation, API tokens, webhooks or plan changes. Vlozy: one limit of 65,000 successfully published posts, counted together across every social network (failed posts and scheduled posts do not count); video generation, images, text, campaigns, workspaces, and creating accounts are not capped. One month is compulsory upon payment. After payment, one month of access is given. You may cancel the subscription after one month or before one month if you wish, but on the spot, when you cancel the subscription, account access will be removed immediately. No refund will be allowed. Accounts and content are retained and not deleted, but software access is removed upon cancellation.

5. Cancellation and refunds

For a PayPal subscription, you can cancel in your PayPal automatic payments settings. You may also cancel from your private billing page, private checkout link, or by contacting support from your registered email. One month is compulsory. You can cancel after one month, or before one month if you want, but upon cancellation, account access will be removed on the spot immediately without refund. Cancellation stops future billing once confirmed. Post-payment, accounts and created content are retained (not deleted), but software access to Vlozy and BloGoose is revoked immediately upon cancellation.

Successful payments are non-refundable. Cancellation does not reverse an already completed payment, and no pro-rata credit or refund is provided. Read the Refund & Cancellation Policy before paying. This does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your product claims, content, connected accounts, publishing decisions, and compliance with platform rules. Review AI-generated material for accuracy, rights, and suitability before publishing. Do not use the services for unlawful activity, infringement, fraud, spam, unauthorized access, or attempts to bypass usage limits.

7. Results, availability, and direct support

Roktim’s Direct Support Guarantee: If an issue or bug comes up in Vlozy or BloGoose, contact Roktim Saha directly through your private billing WhatsApp link or registered support email. We commit to working with you toward resolution within 24 hours, with 48 hours as the guaranteed maximum from receipt of your report.

Software may produce errors, and integrations may depend on third-party availability or platform eligibility. No specific rankings, reach, AI citations, leads, sales, or revenue are promised. We may maintain, update, or restrict features for security, technical, or abuse-prevention reasons. These terms do not exclude any mandatory consumer protections.

8. Content, privacy, and other services

You retain rights you already hold in your submitted content. You authorize processing needed to provide the services and must have permission to use submitted materials. Verthilix branding and software rights remain with their respective owners. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. PayPal, Cashfree, social platforms, and the individual products may also present terms applicable to their services.

9. Changes and disputes

Changes will be dated on this page. A materially different price or recurring billing arrangement requires disclosure before it applies; we do not authorize a higher charge through a silent website edit. Please contact support first about a dispute. Applicable Indian law governs to the extent permitted, without removing mandatory protections or dispute rights available to you under applicable law.
