Is ₹2,50,000 for each product?
No. ₹2,50,000 per month is the total package price for access to both Vlozy and BloGoose. It is not a one-time purchase.
When will I be charged?
The first-charge date and recurring schedule are shown in your payment provider’s authorization. Review them before approving. Subsequent charges follow that schedule until cancellation or mandate expiry. A separate authorization amount, if configured, is disclosed before approval.
How do I know a payment succeeded?
Use the verified status on your private management page and your payment reference. A browser redirect or an ACTIVE mandate alone is not a confirmed monthly charge. If your bank shows a debit but the payment is unconfirmed, contact support before retrying.
How do I cancel my subscription?
For PayPal, use your PayPal automatic payments settings. For Cashfree, open your private management link and choose “Cancel subscription,” or cancel from your private billing page. Note that one month is compulsory: when you cancel, your account access will be removed on the spot immediately, and no refund is allowed. Your accounts and content remain safely retained.
Can I change my payment method?
Contact billing support about the change before your next renewal. Available update or reauthorization options depend on PayPal or Cashfree, your payment method, and the mandate. Do not create a second subscription to replace a card without confirming what happens to the original one.
What happens to access after cancellation?
When you cancel your subscription, your account access is removed on the spot immediately. One month is compulsory; no refund will be allowed for the paid period. Post-payment, your accounts and content are retained and not deleted, but software access to both Vlozy and BloGoose is revoked immediately upon cancellation.
Are taxes or currency conversion fees included?
The package is priced at ₹2,50,000 per month. Any seller-collected additional amount must be disclosed before authorization. Your bank or provider may apply currency conversion or international transaction charges. Review the final mandate and ask us if anything is unclear.
When will I receive access?
The access-delivery timeframe and usage allowances are confirmed before subscription authorization and shown at checkout when subscriptions are available. If access has not arrived within the stated timeframe after a confirmed payment, contact support.
